Principal Accountabilities
- Oversee a construction-related project from planning through to implementation, including participation in weekly site meetings.
- Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and resource planning using MS Project and related tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, operations, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with key priorities.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications to encourage smooth business integration.
- Facilitate project workshops, review sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement through best practice sharing.
Skills and Experience Required
- Project management experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or facilities transformation.
- Recognised project management certification.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and other project planning tools.
- Excellent English and German skills, essential for collaboration and on-site coordination.
