Are you looking to contribute to a high-impact role at the heart of a major business transformation? We’re seeking a collaborative and experienced Project Manager to coordinate a key project focused on construction workflows within a broader facilities and workplace transformation initiative.

This role suits someone who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll play a central part in shaping and delivering essential workflows, while working closely with colleagues across departments - from site teams to senior decision-makers. If you thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and want to help improve the way we work, we’d love to connect with you!

Principal Accountabilities

  • Oversee a construction-related project from planning through to implementation, including participation in weekly site meetings.
  • Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and resource planning using MS Project and related tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, operations, and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with key priorities.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communications to encourage smooth business integration.
  • Facilitate project workshops, review sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement through best practice sharing.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Project management experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or facilities transformation.
  • Recognised project management certification.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and other project planning tools.
  • Excellent English and German skills, essential for collaboration and on-site coordination.
  • Organised, thoughtful, and adaptable - a supportive team member with a solution-oriented mindset.
