The Role

Location: Sofia, hybrid
Job Grade: Local graded

Join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees. We’re looking for a PMO Analyst in Sofia to support governance, reporting, and operational efficiency across key enterprise programs. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and experienced in PMO or project coordination, with any level of skills in tools like SharePoint, and Power BI. A great opportunity to shape project delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Manage contract and financial processes, including Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and accruals.

  • Support governance by scheduling and coordinating stage gate reviews and checkpoints.

  • Ensure accuracy of portfolio data across project management tools and systems.

  • Provide guidance and support on SharePoint, and reporting tools.

  • Coordinate project reporting activities, including agendas, reminders, and QA.

  • Support onboarding of new project managers on PMO standards and tools.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in PMO or project coordination, with a solid understanding of governance and reporting processes

  • Familiarity with managing project financials, contracts, and vendor documentation

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to support reporting and data analysis

  • Skilled in using project management tools such as SharePoint, or similar systems

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
