- Recommend enhancements to preventive maintenance schedules and advise on spare parts to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to analyse technical data, implement equipment upgrades, and support asset projects from design through to handover.
- Provide mechanical expertise across motors, pumps, belts, bearings, pneumatics, and fabrication, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and installations.
- Support operational teams with equipment setup, operator training, and ensure compliance with safety procedures such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and GMP standards.
- Assist with site compliance activities, including audits, contractor documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.

- Demonstrate a thorough, disciplined, and proactive approach to tasks, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Possess excellent communication abilities—verbal, written, and listening—suitable for interacting across all levels.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to Health & Safety standards and compliance.
