We’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (Packaging & Print) to join our team in Poznań, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our packaging and print operations.

In this strategic position, you’ll lead the Packaging & Print team from a project management office perspective—ensuring smooth execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery across all initiatives. From overseeing schedules and documentation to implementing audits and identifying process gaps, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence and standardized reporting. Principle Accountabilities

  • Analyse data in Excel and create comprehensive reports utilizing Pivot Tables and Power BI to ensure accurate and insightful data representation.
  • Create clear and comprehensible reports (using Power BI) for project follow-up, discussions, and escalations.
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee the planning, implementation, marketing, and evaluation of various programs, tasks and projects.
  • Oversee projects to ensure goals are met on time, within budget, and that the project stays on target; Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
  • Ensure that internal ESG reporting and presentations are always up to date.
  • Develop and implement processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to address identified gaps and ensure efficient and standardized operations.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good level experience in project coordination and reporting/documentation.
  • Credible personality with drive, engagement, and an open-minded approach.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • An effective problem solver, capable of identifying cross-functional interdependencies and opportunities.
  • Have intercultural awareness.
