Brand Manager – Make an Impact on a Global Stage
Are you ready to take a brand to new heights? As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our brands remain recognizable, relevant, and engaging for our consumers worldwide. This isn’t just about maintaining a brand—it’s about evolving it, unlocking new growth potential, and shaping consumer perceptions in fresh, exciting ways.
You’ll be at the heart of our Global Consumer Office, leading the charge across multiple markets and ensuring strategic alignment at every level. Your role spans across product innovation, packaging design, and creative solutions—all with the goal of delivering compelling brand experiences that connect deeply with our audience.
What you’ll do, day to day:
- Define and drive global brand strategy

- Lead cross-functional teams
- …guiding both internal experts and external agencies to bring ambitions brand initiatives to life
- Deliver projects, end-to-end
- …overseeing everything from idea to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the agree scope.

Principle Accountabilities
- Prioritise consumer and business needs.
- You will be responsible for shaping compelling brand concepts, guiding prototypes, preparing briefings based on insight, collaborating with Agency staff as well as internal Design and Insight leads to validate ideas and unlock market potential.
- Own project timelines and success metrics
- You will be responsible for planning and directing project content through the relevant forums and ultimately, accountable for ensuring business cases are completed and delivered.
- You will track initiatives’ progress using Beacon (our selected project management tool), ensuring next steps are clear, risks are managed, and that Initiative Success metrics are clear and aligned.
- Be the brand champion.
- Deliver and maintain clear guidance to the business as to our brand positioning, brand strategy, brand design assets and consumer engagement experienced.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand world guidelines across markets, building coherence and impact across all initiatives.
- Lead budget and key documentation oversight
- Maintain control of A&P budgets linked to agency spend, design and sample / mock-up creation.
- Own all Stage Gate documentation, ensuring that we ensure insight-led decision-making through the life cycle of the project, ultimately leading to a clear recommendation to stop, scale or adapt.
- Engage and influence stakeholders
- Prepare for key forums (including presentation and Stage Gate documentation).
- Maintain seamless project deployment, and escalate critical commercial, brand, or strategic risks to protect business investments, brand equity and or project delivery.
- Monitor, refine and innovate
- Track brand performance, propose improvements and contribute to continuous evolution across the global brand footprint.
Keep abreast of category trends and monitor competitor activity to inform and shape our strategy and deployment.
Skills and Experience Required
- Brand expertise – Proven experience in marketing (agency or client-side)
- FMCG experience – Ideally in a restricted category.
- Consumer & market insight – Ability to drive commercial performance
- Strategic & creative thinking – Big-picture vision with innovative problem-solving
- Stakeholder influence – Data-driven decision-making and persuasive communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills – Collaboration across global teams
- Excellent communication – Fluent English, strong verbal & written skills.
- Analytical & numerical mindset – Sharp data skills to guide strategy.
- Project & budget management – Organized, efficient, results-driven.
- Global mobility – Valid passport, ready to travel when needed.
