We’re looking for an OND Realisation Project Manager to join our team in Radom, where you’ll help bring innovative Oral Nicotine Delivery products to life. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our product realization journey, enabling manufacturing and roll-out of new products to markets, in addition to brand quality upgrades, regulatory changes & strategic supply chain initiatives. Principle Accountabilities

• Lead the development and execution of Realisation Plans for assigned innovation projects, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives.

• Supporting Project Lead, Project Management Officer (PMO) and other ‘Expert Leads’ to ensure interdependencies between ‘Expert Plans’ are fully considered
• Collaborating with the Realisation team to ensure delivery is on time and on cost for activities within functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Compliance, R&D, Supply Chain, Group Science and Procurement, etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Global Supply Chain (GSC) for all stage gate documentation ensuring accurate representation of technical, quality, cost, and timing considerations.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, manage interdependencies across workstreams, and support risk and change management processes as well as monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget status to functional leadership and governance forums.
• Champion project management best practices and governance, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and frameworks.

Skills and Experience Required

• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in leading complex projects with strong governance and delivery focus and good understanding of Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes (e.g. Product Development, Product Science testing, Quality Management Systems, Operations)
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in influencing and building relationships across all levels and geographies.
• Effective Communicator: Delivers clear, concise messaging with excellent verbal and written English.
• Resilient and Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Results-Oriented: Focused on driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Culturally Aware: Demonstrates strong intercultural competence and professional interpersonal style.
