Principle Accountabilities

• Collaborate and Innovate: Engage with business stakeholders, Business Project or Programme Managers, and IT Business Partners to shape requirements into impactful projects.
• Champion Project Success: Support the development of project business cases and guide them through governance for approval.
• Strategize and Plan: Define the structure, scope, plan, and resources needed to deliver exceptional projects, including procurement processes.
• Lead with Excellence: Design and lead project governance and reporting, ensuring alignment with IB project management standards.
• Drive Results: Direct project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Monitor and Optimize: Keep a close eye on project execution, maintaining effective plans to achieve agreed goals.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrable project management experience, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-geography projects.
• Experience in managing change, risks, and issues.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and project control procedures.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in driving project success.
• Fluency in English is essential
