The Role

As an Enterprise Project Management Office Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our global IT governance and portfolio processes, ensuring that business demand, delivery readiness, and strategic alignment are fully supported by data, process, and insight. You will partner with cross-functional teams across the globe and help shape how we manage, visualize, and evolve our project portfolio.

This is more than just a coordination role, as an Enterprise Project Management Office Analyst, you will act as a key enabler for the successful flow of projects from idea to delivery, bridging strategic intent with execution across IT, finance, architecture, and service management. Your work will directly support the governance of the global IT demand pipeline, strengthen our tooling and reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across portfolio management practices.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Demand Management & Governance: Collaborate with IT Business Partnering to capture global IT demand, ensure documentation quality, and facilitate endorsement and approvals.

  • Framework & Process Improvement: Support the IT Portfolio Manager in developing and auditing project delivery frameworks, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Risk, Issue & Change Control: Partner with the Project Management Lifecycle team to monitor portfolio-level risks and issues, ensuring consistent change control across IT projects.

  • PPM Tooling & Support: Maintain the PPM tool, manage user access and supplier engagement, and provide support, training, and advocacy to drive adoption and process alignment.

  • Reporting & Insights: Work cross-functionally to prepare monthly/quarterly portfolio reports, maintain dashboards, and continuously improve reporting and data visualization.

  • Resource & Effort Tracking: Collaborate on IT resource management and effort allocation reporting to support transparency and informed decision-making across the portfolio.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Portfolio or Programme Management Offices within large, complex organizations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships across global IT functions

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken)

  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and dashboards (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI)
