The Role

We're looking for a dedicated and meticulous person with a passion for logistics to join our team in Hamburg. Come be a vital part of our logistics team and make a decisive contribution with your expertise!


Principle Accountabilities

  • Order management in SAP for SIT customers and no-SIT customers
  • Planning (production) logistic capacities for trucks and containers
  • Master data management for NFG net price creation and transfer prices in SAP
  • Customer support (intercompany)
  • Document Creation Export, Dangerous Goods, Certificate of Origin etc.
  • Support of Procurement Team (Langenhagen and HUB) in Logistics Issues/Cases
  • NTM Relocation and Needs
  • Support of TAX Stamps Department in Logistics Issues/Cases
  • TAX Stamp Transport to Factory Langenhagen and PO/SO Creation in SAP
  • Support of Tobacco Production/Projects with Special Logistic Needs
  • CUT RAG, EXP TOB, SCRAPS, C/F and NTM Samples
  • Support for Finance Team GB for SAP NFG Flows ex LGH
  • Projects Related to GSC and CargoSoft for DL Langenhagen
  • POF Reporting Weekly
  • SAP First Level Support in DL LGH
  • KPI definition/ creation
  • KPI analysis
  • Communication with 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Share KPIs with every stakeholder
  • Continues improvement
  • Participation in management team meetings
  • Taking over leaf import processes for the factory LGH
  • Taking over leaf import directly from the leaf supplier
  • Step-up to the NFG and leaf import team lead in DL LGH

Skills and Experience Required

  • Commercial training or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of dispatching procedures and logistics terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Logistics Controlling, Microsoft Power BI development and Logistics Project Management
  •  Independent and solution-oriented with quick comprehension
  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent English and German language skills and experience in a global environment
