In this pivotal role within our Marketing Function, you’ll be at the heart of our regional digital transformation, reporting directly to the Head of Cluster Consumer Marketing. You’ll lead digital strategy, champion cutting-edge capabilities, and collaborate across borders to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive growth.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and execution planning for CEE cluster digital programs, projects, and analytics delivered through digital activation. Drive the execution of these programs and analyses within digital channels.

  • Plan, activate, monitor, and evaluate digital marketing activities — e.g., website, social media, online commerce, online consumer programs, data management, etc. Build consumer awareness and loyalty through digital/online channels and tools.

  • Drive the activation of consumers and other audiences through the effective and innovative delivery of experiences via digital media for both branded and unbranded campaigns. As an experienced digital media subject matter expert, provide digital media expertise to the business and inspire peers and colleagues to become disruptive innovators. Engage with digital partners and suppliers to support our goals.

  • Prepare cost-effective digital communication plans. Manage a dedicated budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Share knowledge and collaborate with all members of the marketing department. Work closely with the local marketing team, as well as regional and global functions and agencies. Be responsible for communication with digital suppliers and ensure cross-departmental synergies.

  • Monitor market developments in digital marketing, identify new digital trends and business opportunities, and define test-and-learn opportunities for each market.


Skills and Experience Required

  • A proven background managing digital programmes and platforms in digital channels.
  • Core understanding of audience activation and engagement, digital experience design and strategy, consumer journey, web and mobile site strategy / delivery and analytics.
  • Solid experience in managing 3rd parties: Customer Service, Selling, Negotiation; 3rd party partner management.
  • A proven background of managing or supervising teams.
  • High business acumen with portfolio knowledge, project management experience and agile ways of working.
  • Fluent in English in written and spoken language.
