The Role

Duration: 16 month

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Local Grade: 20-24 depending on qualification and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Imperial's compliance with all relevant Tobacco T&T Legislations
• Setting up and controlling Compliance KPIs
• Support translating legislations/specifications into requirements and work packages
• Analyse the company risk of not being compliant with regulations
• 3rd level support for compliance, monitoring tools and ID Issuers
• Integration of the ID issuer (3rd party provider) into IB’s systems
• Supplier management and contact person for all ID issuers
• Define and document ID Issuer payment processes
• Provide support for Coding&Tracking implementation projects
• Create process documentations and ensure a smooth BAU transition
• Act as a Project Manager or workstream lead for assigned projects

Who we are looking for

• Completed university studies, ideally with experience in the fields of economics, engineering, information technology or similar
• Relevant professional experience in tobacco, supply chain or compliance
• Experience in project management, methods and techniques
• Be able to read and understand legislations and documentations
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good strategic and tactical planning competence
• Good knowledge and experience with MS Office, SAP Signavio
• Profound experience in change, risk and issue management
• Very good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel
