The Strategy & Performance Manager plays a key role in supporting the GSC strategic agenda and fostering a high-performance management culture. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Performance Management, the role contributes to the development, communication, and execution of GSC’s strategy while ensuring alignment across functions. By driving performance management frameworks, the role supports data-driven decision-making and enhances organizational effectiveness. In addition, the Strategy & Performance Manager helps improve GSC’s business effectiveness and output quality by supporting Business Management Services, including coordinating strategic senior meetings.  The role is also responsible for GSC’s Risk, Crisis, and Business Continuity Management, ensuring a consistent and effective approach aligned with group standards. Furthermore, the role plays an active part in Engagement & Excellence initiatives, supporting cross-functional improvements in ways of working and communication across GSC.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Supports the development, communication, and execution of GSC Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and embedding strategy within functions.
  • Supports the development of short- and long-term strategic objectives, supporting business planning and strategic initiative creation.
  • Owns and drives the continuous improvement of performance management content, processes, and culture, ensuring best practice sharing and effective reporting structures.
  • Supports the development of Executive-Level Reporting, including the co-creation of GSC Business Reviews and performance insights.
  • Contributes to Business Management Services, including coordinating strategic senior meetings, supporting the CSCO & SCLT on business topics, and coaching teams on written and visual content to improve quality and effectiveness.
  • Owns and drives GSC’s Risk, Crisis, and Business Continuity Management processes, ensuring risks are effectively mitigated and aligned with group frameworks while serving as the primary interface with the Group Risk team.
  • Supports Engagement & Excellence initiatives, recommending improvements to ways of working, facilitating change management, and contributing to internal communications such as Town Halls, leadership meetings, and newsletters

Skills and Experience Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate analysis and insights.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Independent, flexible, and driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • A strong team-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
