The role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Opportunity
Principle Accountabilities
- Partners with senior leaders across functions and regions to align people strategies with business objectives, influencing decision-making through workforce and cultural insights.
- Collaborates with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) and People Services to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the global matrix and leveraging specialist support.
- Leads strategic workforce planning, using data and analytics to shape future workforce needs and drive informed, insight-led decisions.
- Drives performance, talent, and succession planning, coaching senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture and support leadership development.
- Supports organisational change and effectiveness, including design and restructuring, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and managing employee relations.
- Oversees senior recruitment and reward processes, working with Talent Acquisition and Reward CoEs to define roles, benchmark salaries, and guide offer decisions.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a People & Culture role, with a focus on advisory and business partnering.
- Extensive equivalent experience; HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) are desirable.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership, and to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a confident and professional approach.
- Skilled in data analysis, project management, and implementing strategic initiatives across global teams.
- Flexible to travel as required; thrives under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset and fluent English.
