We have an exciting opportunity to join Imperial Brands' Global Supply Chain Hub as a Senior Supply Chain Planner for Strategic Capacity Planning in Warsaw. You will play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain operations and be part of our dynamic team where you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence.

Principle Accountabilities
- Monitor long-term production capacity and volume allocation across global manufacturing sites.
- Evaluate supply chain impacts of market trends, portfolio shifts, regulations, and geopolitical developments.
- Build and analyse manufacturing network optimisation scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Lead and support capacity expansion initiatives and business continuity planning.
- Maintain and update the central machinery database with line capabilities and availability.
- Support product innovation and continuously improve capacity planning tools and processes.
Skills and Experience Required
- Solid supply chain/planning experience, ideally in a global FMCG environment with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong planning, organisational, and ownership skills to manage a complex supply chain landscape.
- Advanced analytical skills for scenario modelling, with business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across factories, markets, brands, and global teams.
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and systems/process optimisation.
- Proficient in SAP APO (or similar), MS Office, and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau); fluent in English.
