The Role

SEE Cluster is looking for a Head of NGP, to lead the operational planning and implementation of our Next Generation Products (NGP) strategy across South Eastern Europe (SEE) markets.

Reporting to the Head of SEE Consumer Marketing, this role will be central to driving our NGP agenda, ensuring strategic alignment with category guidelines and local market needs, and supporting growth across products such as Heated Tobacco and EVP.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between SEE planning and executional functions, providing direction, alignment, and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our NGP business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategy, lead cross-market teams, and drive growth in one of the most dynamic and innovative areas of our portfolio.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Define and implement SEE NGP portfolio strategies in line with category and consumer needs and including market strategic inputs.
  • Lead and coach NGP Marketing Managers, ensuring consistency and effective execution across markets.
  • Monitor commercial performance, including sales, shares, stock, digital KPIs, e-commerce, and consumer care services.
  • Optimise A&P investments across markets, ensuring ROI and alignment with SEE budget.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Act as a key partner to SEE Marketing and Group stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective governance.
  • Support IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and champion IBBM (Integrated Brand Building Model).

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Portfolio Mgt., Digital/E-Commerce/Care, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in NGP or FMCG marketing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer care services.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and presentation skills, with P&L understanding.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple markets.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); master’s degree (BS/MBA) preferred.
  • Traveling required in line with business requirements
