The Role

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Job Grade: 9

Please note that this is a fix-term opportunity for 12 months

Alternative locations: Radom / Tarnowo Podgórne

 

As a Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for defining and aligning quality requirements within the Combustible products, ensuring standardized product and process quality across manufacturing sites. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with central teams and operations, support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and training.


Principle Accountabilities

· Act as main quality contact for sites, managing RCA/CAPA and stakeholder collaboration.

· Develop and maintain quality standards for all Combustible categories within QMS.

· Train and support consistent QMS implementation across sites.

· Standardize quality measurement methods and ensure global QA consistency.

· Analyse complaints, incidents and other quality data to drive improvements.

· Conducts quality cross visits to assess implementation of QMS and trigger improvement plans.


Skills and Experience Required

· Quality & Manufacturing Expertise: Knowledge of quality management, manufacturing processes, tools, techniques, and quality control.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in data analysis, identifying critical gaps, and applying insights creatively and conceptually.

· Communication & Language Proficiency: Excellent communication across organizational levels and fluency in English (verbal and written).

· Personal Attributes: Proactive, motivated, flexible and adaptable

· Intercultural Competence & Innovation: Strong intercultural awareness and out-of-the-box thinking.
