Are you a motivated and skilled Project Engineer with a passion for driving technical projects to success? In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering both internal and external projects from concept to completion. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your strong technical mindset, clear communication, and hands-on project experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment will be essential to achieving results.

Principle Accountabilities
- Lead and execute internal engineering and improvement projects.
- Coordinate external projects involving third-party stakeholders and contractors.
- Serve as the central contact between internal departments and external partners.
- Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and compli-ance.
- Prepare CAPEX requests, manage budgets, and provide regular financial reporting.
- Define and track energy targets, supporting global sustainability initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in project and CAPEX management within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing suppliers and contractors, with a focus on safety and performance.
- Familiarity with energy management and environmental compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured, proactive way
