Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for employees and civil contracts, including deductions, contributions, and tax prepayments.
- Prepare and submit official reports, letters, and declarations to public institutions (ZUS, GUS, PFRON, Tax Office).
- Perform cost calculations for additional benefits in line with tax regulations.
- Analyse and interpret legal changes in personal income tax, social security, and other payroll-related legislation.
- Partner with People & Culture to validate HR documentation and maintain personnel files.
- Calculate and book payroll accruals, and manage working time records.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in payroll processing and working time control.
- Strong knowledge of Polish tax law and labour law.
- Experience representing companies before institutions such as ZUS and the Tax Office.
- Ability to prepare and interpret payroll reports, statements, and cost analyses.
- Familiarity with coordinating social funds and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
