The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting Six-month Secondment opportunity in the Sydney, NSW office, for an individual to join our key accounts team as our National Business Executive, reporting to the National Business Manager.

We are looking for a self-starter, who can analyse sales data and propose business solutions. Generate work models to forecast demand and revenue performance. Understand and present insight led recommendations for process improvement.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and provide detailed analysis to drive performance.
  • Compile, analyse, and report on sales data, competitor activity and market trends.
  • Develop category insights, analysis to improve trading relationships with channel partners.
  • Understand, prepare, and distribute weekly sales forecast deck.
  • Generate work models to forecast demand and revenue performance.
  • Analyse promotional effectiveness and other profit drivers to help increase profitability.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Business management and or retail experience.
  • Data analysis, Power BI, ERP systems / SAP / Aztec
  • Understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them.
  • Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Have strong communication and people skills, and the ability to build rapport.
