About us
The role
As a Data Analyst within our Insights Department, you will be a key contributor in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Acting as a vital link between data infrastructure and business stakeholders, you will support the development and automation of reporting systems, enhance data pipelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision-making. Your role includes participation in the continuous advancement of BI systems aligned with market requirements and strategic goals.

Key accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade and Marketing to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities within the Insights department.
- Support the advancement and harmonization of BI systems and data platforms in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for BI tools and data-related queries.
- Contribute to ongoing data governance, documentation, and compliance initiatives to maintain data integrity
- Design, develop, and test ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into the company’s Data Warehouse.
- Build, automate, and optimize standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI.
- Analyse and visualise sales, consumer, pricing, and market data to generate actionable insights for brand and sales strategies.
- Maintain and monitor key data pipelines and ensure system reliability.
- Track and evaluate commercial and operational KPIs to support performance analysis.
- Combine and utilize digital and offline data sources to enable data-driven marketing and sales decisions.
- Assist in developing new standardized reporting solutions and optimize existing reports based on stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in the design and improvement of data models and tools for enhanced analytics.
- Collaborate on local and international BI projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Support data management tasks related to CRM and other business systems.
- Provide second-level support and troubleshooting for BI tools and non-ERP system-related issues.
- Maintain documentation for data processes, system architecture, and report specifications.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a data-focused role (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar).
- Strong affinity for data, numbers, and the ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid skills in BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficiency in ETL tools and concepts, SQL query writing, and experience with data warehouse environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools for reporting, presentation, and documentation purposes.
