The Role

As Head of Supply Chain & IBP Lead, you act as key liaison across all Cluster Management functional teams (Marketing, I&I, Sales, Finance….) and the Supply Chain organisation. Responsible for leading the impartial Integrated Business Plan view for the Cluster over a 36-month horizon, through Product Activity, Demand, Supply, Financial reconciliation and Cluster Business Review.
You are also empowering and enabling Supply Chain teams to contribute to sustainable growth, with best customer service and operational excellence and are responsible for overseeing and managing all supply chain operations within the Cluster organization, with primary focus on ensuring service to the markets, whilst optimizing efficiency, mitigating supply risks, and delivering cost savings. You play a crucial role in building local Supply Chain capabilities, and in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the team adds value to the business and operates in line with the organization's objectives and Supply Chain best practice.

Principle Accountabilities

Leading the Integrated Business Planning & Integrated Tactical Planning process for the Cluster, ensuring an impartial approach across Product, Demand, Supply and Financial reconciliation and Cluster Business Review leading to GM approval and submission to Region.

• Liaising with Product (marketing teams) to ensure timely information is received from IBBM (Integrated Brand Building Model), including localisations as required to feed Demand teams.
• Capture plans and translates demand signals into desired supply & service requirements - in close collaboration with the GM, Sales teams, I&I teams, other CLT members and Warsaw Demand Hub.  Ensuring a long-term forecast is built with optimal accuracy & no bias.
• Ensure long term supply plans match the demand plans of countries, partnering with End-to-End Planning teams from the Hub
• Help identify risks & opportunities, translating into scenarios and implementing key improvements to drive business results
• Resolve any escalation issues linked with planning of market / product initiatives.
• Drive continual improvement of the IBP process with IBP peers, Region and Global team

Accountable for Supply Chain performance, transformation and capability development in the Cluster.

Owner of Cluster Service, Cost and Cash targets, including risk management:

• Align targets with local leadership team & Global Supply Chain KPI owners
• Align and executes agreed initiatives to drive improvement activities on all Supply Chain KPIs.
• Continuously look at opportunities to optimize the total Supply Chain cost in the markets: logistic, distribution, write-offs, airfreight and overheads.

 

Responsible for overseeing all Supply Chain activities, from Demand planning to Supply Planning, Customer Service and Logistics:

• Manage the local Supply Chain teams, providing guidance and support as needed
• Mobilize global Supply Chain capabilities to ensure a seamless market supply, i.e. Supply Planning Hub, but also Procurement, Quality, Coding & Tracking, Product Initiatives Realisation…
• Represent Global Supply Chain experts towards the Cluster, understanding business needs and formulating recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and supply strategies and establish long-term partnerships with local suppliers.

 

Responsible for implementing end-to-end Supply Chain operating model locally, building local capabilities, ensuring team operates in line with best practice and adds value to the business.

• Lead and develop Cluster supply chain teams and processes, in close collaboration with the GM and the other CLT members.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices, leveraging technology, and optimizing processes across the cluster supply chain, with the support of central functions
• Lead the personal development agenda of the Cluster Supply Chain team.
• Ensure efficient collaboration with the rest of the Supply Chain Teams (E2E Warsaw Hub, Procurement, PCC….)
