Principle Accountabilities
- Build brand equity, portfolio hierarchy, and a seamless consumer experience strategy across global markets.
- Lead a senior central team and collaborate with insights, digital, agencies, and in-market sales to deliver brand fundamentals and toolkits.
- Partner with Product/Portfolio leads to ensure brand alignment and exceptional consumer experience.
- Drive world-class creative through central agencies, ensuring maximum ROI and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven FMCG/CPG marketing leadership experience within a similar global or regional —US market exposure is highly beneficial.
- Expertise in challenger brand positioning and delivering significant growth in emerging and developed categories.
- Strong digital communications background and a track record of managing high-performing agencies.
- Consumer-centric brand builder with a sharp insight-led approach and storytelling excellence.
- Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organisations and inspire teams across geographies.
- Experience leading strategic projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a start-up mindset.
