We have an exciting opportunity for a S&OP Forecasting Analyst to join our team in Warsaw! This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, data-driven environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring accurate sales forecasts, and optimising supply chain processes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyse business data, enhance forecast accuracy, and contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to support Imperial Brands’ strategic growth. Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensure data collection and analysis are conducted with the right level of accuracy, frequency, and granularity.
  • Gather and analyse the impact of various promotional uplifts on forecasts by collaborating with local CSI, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Partner with market and cluster teams to ensure sales forecasts are aligned with key stakeholders, including sales, finance, insights, and marketing.
  • Manage reporting on forecast accuracy and key supply chain performance indicators.
  • Drive enhancements in forecasting accuracy and data harmonisation, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide inputs to the local S&OP process while working closely with global supply chain teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of financial and business interrelationships and demand planning processes (e.g., marketing/sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structures)
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills
  • High level of autonomy with adaptability and curiosity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
