The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Brand Portfolio Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of the annual Brand & Portfolio plans for brands under scope. Will be responsible for executing Brand Activation programmes and the development of Point of Sale (POS) and other assets, supporting existing campaigns and new launches. The ideal Brand Portfolio Specialist will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
Principle Accountabilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Brand and Portfolio plans (delivery of planned actions and launches, assigned portfolio and communication budget monitoring and execution, success KPIs delivery)
- Manage brand planning communication in collaboration with different agencies. Monitor the execution of the annual portfolio and brand communication plans. Manage packaging changes in alignment with internal and Group stakeholders and procedures
- Post evaluate (sales uplift, market share, consumer penetration) of all different actions of the annual plans, so as to derive learnings & propose relevant improvements
- Monitor and analyse the competition and market dynamics in collaboration with I&I to correctly interpret the available data so as to transform them into recommendations & actions. Understand the target consumer and the main insights of the market
- Drive the Project Initiation Document (PID) process for all planned portfolio projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery in the markets
- Support the development of Brand Activation toolkits and mechanism in collaboration with Consumer Experience pillar
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Management, or relevant field
- Professional experience in Marketing (Preferably within an FMCG company)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and excellent Office skills
- Strong organization skills, high sense of responsibility, ready to take initiative, analytical mindset
- Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set for driving innovation
