At Imperial Brands, we’re not just a global FMCG business — we’re a diverse, forward-thinking community of 25,000+ people, united by a shared passion for innovation and progress. As we continue to shape the future of Next Generation Products (NGP), we’re looking for a Specifications Expert – NGP to join our dynamic team in Poznań or Warsaw.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the guardian of product specifications across our entire NGP portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency throughout the product lifecycle. Working within our PLM and Arena systems, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and support efficient planning and manufacturing — all while helping us deliver products that meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Maintain and update NGP product specifications in PLM and Arena systems.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external factories, ensuring clear communication on BoMs and portfolio activities.
  • Drive the transfer and deployment of new portfolio items to Specifications Experts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Oversee product data updates, change control processes, and supplier records in compliance with internal standards.
  • Support system implementations, data migrations, validation, and deliver reports on process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with DDS and internal requirements, providing regular reporting and escalating critical issues where necessary.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with specification/product data management systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle, and production materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and intercultural teams, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when required (10%).

Whilst applications from all locations will be considered, please note that priority will be given to candidates who are based locally and possess the required skills and experience for the role.
