Location: People Culture Business Partner Sweden- Stockholm, SwedenGrade: 7Join our team in Sweden as our next HR Business Partner Lead for Skruf Snus! Skruf Snus is one of the leading producers of snus and modern oral nicotine products in the Nordics and part of Imperial Brands’ global portfolio. In this customer-facing leadership role, you will support People Partners in the Nordics and be accountable for delivering high-quality P&C advisory services to colleagues and leaders across Sweden. Supporting around 69 employees, this position covers the entire employee life cycle from employee relations and reward to performance management, organisational change, and HR operations. This is a highly visible and impactful role, requiring someone who can work independently in the Swedish market, lead union negotiations, run all local P&C operations, and at the same time contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
Principle Accountabilities
• Lead and coach a team of People Partners, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring continuous improvement.• Deliver P&C advisory services across the employee lifecycle, partnering with P&C Strategic Business Partners, P&C Operations, and Centres of Expertise.• Provide expert employee relations advice, including case management on disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and performance improvement.• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, keeping policies updated and aligned to legal requirements.• Manage local reward and compensation processes, working closely with the Reward CoE on benchmarking and offers.• Collaborate regionally and globally to share best practices, support organisational change, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
• Experience in a senior P&C/HR role, with proven line management responsibility.• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and HR best practices.• Experience in employee relations case management, including complex and sensitive matters.• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels.• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of a Nordic language is highly desirable.• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
