The Role
Are you ready to take your first big step in Finance within a global FMCG environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Controlling Specialist to join our team in Radom and contribute to the delivery of our Finance and Supply Chain strategies in Manufacturing.
As a Junior Finance Controlling Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities - ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You'll work closely with our Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver valuable financial inputs, assist in system and process improvements, and help drive our transformation through SAP S/4HANA.

Principle Accountabilities
- To support Financial Planning & Reporting requirements (internal and external - as required) by providing inputs and preparing in an accurate and timely manner, explaining assumptions and variances
- To provide support to the Finance / Controlling team(s) and perfrom Controlling activities in an accurate and timely manner
- To use Finance knowledge in ongoing Finance and Supply Chain related tasks set including updating and preparing Finance tools
- To support implementation of required changes in Financial Controlling Planning and Reporting
- To undertake Compliance (Controls/Risks) reviews and testing
- To support the roll out of SAP S 4/Hana with involvement in the project, thereafter implement required changes, as well as providing cover as required across the Finance team
Skills and Experience Required
- Professional practical working experience, gained in Supply Chain Finance (ideally Manufacturing), ACCA/CIMA (part) qualified; Higher education completed in Economics/Finance
- Finance: good knowledge of Financial Controlling and Accounting (i.e. Production Accounting), with appreciation of experience in Tax; working in a multinational organisation
- Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and learn new tasks
- Communication: effectively communicate within the Finance Function and with Supply Chain Funcions as required; Good English Language (B1 level)
- Collaboration: ability to cooperate with people in Finance and Operations Functions
- IT: very good working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, demonstated ability to work with large amounts of data, tailor reports from ERP systems and experience using BI tools
