Join Imperial Tobacco España as an IBP & ITP Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of integrated business and tactical planning across Portugal, Canary Islands, Andorra, and Gibraltar markets.

As the IBP & ITP Manager, you will be the backbone of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) processes. You’ll support the Cluster IBP Lead in delivering world-class monthly planning cycles while owning the weekly tactical execution that ensures we deliver on our commitments.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to build demand consensus, tackle risks, and lead scenario planning - turning insights into action. Beyond numbers, this role is about collaboration, influence, and impact.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead monthly demand consensus & review meetings, ensuring unbiased, data-driven forecasts.
• Drive weekly ITP processes: Demand Control, Risk Reviews, and execution alignment.
• Conduct scenario planning for supply risks/opportunities and escalate as needed.
• Own Sales Forecast Accuracy KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor slow-moving stock, aged inventory, and write-offs, driving mitigating actions.
• Coach and develop an ITP Analyst, fostering growth and performance.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Planning.
• Proven people management and change management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect commercial strategies to supply chain realities.
• Excellent communicator—confident in influencing across functions and levels.
• Comfortable managing data, systems, and Excel-based analysis.
• Desirable: prior S&OP or IBP experience.
