The Role

Location: Bristol

Grade: GG6

You’ll be at the heart of how we bring data-informed tools to life across our commercial and marketing teams. As our Advanced Data Solutions Product Manager, your focus will be on understanding what your colleagues need to work smarter - and turning that into practical, scalable solutions that truly make a difference.

You’ll take ownership of shaping new products, guiding them from idea through to delivery, and making sure they’re successfully introduced and adopted across the business. You won’t be working alone - you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and expert external partners, all while representing the voice of the user.

If you enjoy solving real-world problems, connecting people and ideas, and seeing your work create positive outcomes, this role could be a great next step for you.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Own the full lifecycle for a few key data tools, from prototype to full implementation and integration.
  • Shape and deliver development roadmaps based on user input and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to support high-quality, timely outcomes.
  • Translate user needs into product features, enabling uptake across teams and markets.
  • Ensure all solutions are intuitive, user-focused, and seamlessly incorporated into everyday work.
  • Continuously gather input and feedback to improve functionality and usability over time.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in product management, ideally involving data-focused platforms or tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including data experts and engineers.
  • Good awareness of how data tools (e.g. forecasting, pricing support) enhance commercial practices.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Azure or Databricks
