The Role

As Team Manager NGP PCC based in our Warsaw or Poznań office, you will lead a team of Project Coordinators and/or Senior Project Coordinators, driving the delivery of product launch and change initiatives across markets. You will be accountable for a specific project portfolio and responsible for transforming processes and ways of working within your assigned business area.
This role combines leadership, strategic coordination, and hands-on project management. You will ensure that all projects within the Product Introduction Process (PIP) are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also act as a key contact for stakeholders across markets and functions, supporting continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and development plans
- Oversee market project portfolio delivery and drive transformation of processes and ways of working cross functional
- Serve as PCC consultant for market clusters, supporting project initiation
- Coordinate and control product launch and change projects through the PIP process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery by preparation and distribution of project documentation, including briefings and milestone tracking
- Provide transparency on project portfolio status to stakeholders and leadership
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with proven success in managing complex cross-functional or cross-regional projects preferably related to Product Introduction
- Strong people leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent project management skills with a pragmatic, results-driven approach and the motivation to improve processes and ways of working
- Pragmatic approach driving for results / solutions in line with the business needs and stakeholder requirements
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including intercultural collaboration
- Fluent in written and spoken English
