The Role

Location: Warsaw, hybrid
Job Grade: GG8

This role has overall responsibility to develop and engineer data models, ETL pipelines, GSC relevant reports, dashboards and KPI’s by turning data into transparent information allowing key stakeholders and the management to analyse the performance of the end-to-end Supply Chain. This will enable taking decisions for leading, steering and driving the business.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead and enhance GSC E2E central data platform (SQL Data Warehouse), aligning with group data strategy and ensuring integration of relevant internal data.
  • Developing, coordinating and monitoring ETL processes from various systems in collaboration with Group IT.
  • Design the data architecture, incorporating different company data and providing data marts to allow BI tools extracting data for processing and visualization.
  • Develop data pipelines, including dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, to support end-to-end Supply Chain transparency.
  • Act as a strategic business partner within GSC, to support the change to a data driven organisation.
  • Oversee data-related projects, propose improvements, define testing procedures, and execute UATs for new data integrations.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Educational background in computer science, business administration, logistics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, SQL Server, Power BI, ETL tools, Excel, Python, and Databricks; additional programming languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence and deep understanding of data structures within a business context.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and German, with a solid grasp of global business operations and cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Curious and proactive mindset, eager to learn new tools and technologies and solve problems with a can-do attitude.
