- Operate, maintain, and commission test and workshop machinery, ensuring readiness for R&D activities.
- Conduct product testing, record results, and produce clear documentation and reports to share with the wider team.
- Assist in the development and assembly of prototypes, including the creation of jigs and fixtures, and the disassembly of competitor products.
- Prepare samples for consumer and sensory testing, support internal training, and assist with compliance and material handling processes.

- Practical experience with data acquisition and logging, as well as confident use of general workshop hand and machine tools.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to complete tasks to agreed standards.
- Highly proficient in IT, with the ability to interpret, analyse, and present numerical data accurately.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a mechanical or product testing role, ideally within a workshop or laboratory environment.
- Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation, compiling test data, and presenting findings in a clear and professional manner.
Whilst applications from all locations will be considered, please note that priority will be given to candidates who are based locally and possess the required skills and experience for the role.
