At the heart of our operations, the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system integrates processes, people, and data into a seamless product development strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring our agility and efficiency in the market:
- collaboration with the PLM Business Process Architect and Integration Manager to achieve integration objectives with Global Supply Chain Programmes.
- support of PLM projects, ensuring best practices and business requirements are met.
- conducting business process analysis, modelling, and reengineering to enhance PLM system processes.
- driving adoption and reinforcement of PLM systems and empower end users through effective change management.
- promotion of the PLM vision and mission within the global community via the PLM Hub SharePoint.

Principle Accountabilities
- Drive Digital Innovation within Product Lifecycle Management and Product Realisation domain and across Global Supply Chain Programmes, transforming ideas into reality.
- Technical Mastery: Gather technical requirements, perform business analysis, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies to
- Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle challenges head-on with effective problem and conflict resolution skills, ensuring smooth operations.
- Change Champion: Implement change management strategies that empower teams and enhance system adoption.
- Collaborative Leader: Foster collaboration across functions, leveraging interpersonal and leadership skills to unite diverse teams.
- Multitasking Expert: Manage a variety of activities, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and drive success.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with Product Realisation Processes, especially preferably specification process fundamentals/management.
- Good understanding of PLM systems (preferably ARAS Innovator), their key functionalities, and how they support product development processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to challenge status quo
- Process oriented, able to define process and concepts
- Awareness of change management principles and an interest in supporting teams through new systems and process adoption
- Fluency in English
