The Role

Location: Poznań

In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing packaging machine efficiency, leading troubleshooting exercises, conducting root cause analysis, and establishing new standards for continuous improvement. Principle Accountabilities

  • Acting as an interface between central functions, material suppliers, machine suppliers, and production facilities.
  • Developing and designing new packaging formats including patent checks and the qualification and specification of all needed materials and drawings.
  • Leading multiple and/or complex packaging related projects from the idea until full implementation and scale up (incl. set up of all measurements for packaging materials).
  • Coordinating and conducting packaging material run- ability trials and qualifying materials according process for production.
  • Structured trouble shooting on packaging machinery, particularly on the machine-material interface; optimization of the machine/material interface.
  • Autonomy in fixing run- ability problem in the packaging machine is expected.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Good level material machinery related experience (mechanical) within big production companies (FMCG preferred)
  • Pragmatic person with innovative/creative mind (out of the box thinking)
  • Flexible and persistent approach
  • English and Polish language fluency
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ms Office especially Power Point and Excel skills
