The Role

Grade: 8

Location: Cracow

Join our growing RTR Tower within an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees. Focus on overseeing broad Record to Report accounting and operational reporting across all relevant Clusters/ Tier 1 Markets. Additionally, be responsible for capturing and documenting the transition processes.

Principle Accountabilities

• Manage monthly closing process and liaise with FSS/Finance/market stakeholders.
• Handle Fixed Asset and Intercompany Accounting.
• Collaborate across delivery towers for efficient period closing; ensure delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform and review account reconciliations and manage statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 for leasing requirements and perform internal controls.
• Create ad hoc journals for FSS and update process-related policies and documents (SOPs, Process Maps).
• Create accounts and cost centres and contribute to project tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in accounting for Polish entity.
• Fluent in English.
• Previously worked in similar capacity within an international organisation preferably FMCG/tobacco.
• Great verbal and written communication skills. 
• Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
