We are seeking a EUPTD Manager on a secondment basis to support a high-priority compliance initiative within our People & Culture (P&C) function, focused on achieving alignment with the European Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD). This project involves developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements across multiple countries.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive progress across key workstreams, while supporting P&C teams in the delivery of their local implementation plans. They will coordinate project activities, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensuring all activities align with programme expectations and compliance workbooks will be key to helping the organisation meet regulatory requirements effectively and on time. This secondment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a project that will drive positive change in the organisation, supporting pay equity and transparency in line with upcoming regulatory standards.
Principal Accountabilities
- Act as a core member of the EUPTD project team, supporting key workstreams and ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and timelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global end-to-end reward processes and frameworks that meet EUPTD obligations.
- Collaborate with payroll, reward, and policy owners, as well as local P&C teams, to ensure project requirements are understood and embedded effectively.
- Monitor workstream progress, manage risks, maintain documentation, and report on status and dependencies to the EUPTD Project Manager.
- Support local P&C teams by providing tools, training, and knowledge sharing for successful implementation.
- Assist with post-implementation reviews and identify areas for ongoing enhancement to ensure sustainable compliance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience, ideally in HR, reward, payroll, or compliance.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with reward and payroll data, with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HR systems and compensation tools is a plus.
