Principle Accountabilities
- Maintenance of product specification for defined product group for assigned markets and/or factories.
- Participation in product relevant projects related to development of next generation products.
- Monitoring of product performance and undertaking agreed maintenance actions to ensure product compliance.
- Preparation of trial runs including planning with the factories, results evaluation and documentation management.
- Submission, maintenance and control of product and blend specifications (BOM’s) in PLM.
- Participation in benchmarking evaluation, market analysis and competitor survey within region as well as continuously seeking for process and system improvements.
Skills and Experience Required
- Basic knowledge and skills of product design, final product and manufacturing processes
- Fluent in English
- Pronounced capabilities in project & time management
- Proven skills in analytical thinking, priority setting and problem solving
- Acting as a Team player also cross-functional
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
