The Role
Grade: 9
Location: Cracow
Analyse functional data & provide analytics, reporting & insights in line with functional KPI’s & scorecard.
Help to analyse functional data to create, maintain and publish the reports, KPI’s & insights needed to support the
Running of the function, assist with new Procurement Power BI Dashboard development and/or maintenance.
Supplier data, cost data, financial information, SRM, ESG & Risk data, scorecard preparation & leadership.
Manage the official reporting needs from 3rd party suppliers.
Deliver insight into trends from the data reporting and look for holes in data reporting capabilities.
Principle Accountabilities
Will develop & deliver data-driven reporting that communicates and informs procurement and business teams on key insights. This could include data on procurement performance, suppliers, financials, cost targets, SRM, ESG & Risk (in conjunction with the risk specialist), scorecards & presentations.
Will work to ensure critical data inputs (via tools used within organization) are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide support and information to category and regional teams to assist them in key insights around suppliers, performance, costs etc.
Deliver reports, as required by the Leadership team and the wider function utilising base data within the relevant systems.
Develop relationships with category and market teams to provide proactive data & insight and seek feedback on the data & insights to drive continual improvement in insights generated.
Promote data integrity and uniformity across the Procurement department. This involves maintaining accurate and consistent data, eliminating discrepancies, and fostering a reliable source of information that all stakeholders can trust.
- Proactively escalate any potential areas of risk or concern as discovered through data analysis.
- Facilitate operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks on daily reporting operations and GBS Procurement. This involves leveraging technology to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance productivity.
Skills and Experience Required
Proficient in managing and analyzing data, with a strong focus on data manipulation, trend analysis, and reporting.
Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient management of tasks and deadlines.
Strong numerical, financial and data analysis skills, facilitating insightful decision-making and strategic planning.
Database and data manipulation abilities, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
Fluency in English both written and verbal, allowing effective communication in diverse environments.
Versatile team player with the ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent settings.
Proficient in MS Excel, providing a solid foundation for data management and analysis.
Experienced in using Power BI and Power Query, enhancing data visualization and business intelligence capabilities.
Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
DAX knowledge will be an asset
Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
Skilled in stakeholder management at various levels, fostering productive relationships and effective communication.
