Principle Accountabilities
- Print Development: Manage and oversee print projects for dedicated markets within the e-vapor category.
- Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the technical realization of printed packaging materials, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Consultancy: Provide expert advice to marketing teams and agencies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
- Print Standards & Specifications: Define and enforce print specifications for suppliers, including print methods, colours, ink manufacturers, and tooling suppliers.
- Cost Estimation & Financial Oversight: Assess one-off costs (e.g., repro, tooling), generate purchase orders, and verify invoices from repro and print suppliers.
- First Print Run Approval: Evaluate and approve first print runs for new designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree in Print & Packaging Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in print production, artwork/design agencies, or FMCG environments.
- Strong knowledge of Offset, Gravure, Flexo, and Digital printing techniques, as well as Pre-Press technologies.
- Experience managing complex print projects with strong analytical and process-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Ability to identify solutions under time constraints and continuously seeks process improvements.
