The Role

Are you a proactive, highly organized, and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant to become the heartbeat of our Rome office operations!

As the first point of contact for both visitors and employees, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across the office. From managing logistics to supporting meetings and events, this hands-on role requires flexibility and attention to detail.

You'll play a vital role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and safe environment—supporting our team in day-to-day operations and company initiatives.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day office management, ensuring all services and activities run smoothly.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and collaborate with suppliers to meet office needs.
  • Handle logistics related to office supplies and maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and safe working space.
  • Manage reports on Health & Safety, Non-Financial Reporting, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Provide administrative support across departments, and assist with various ad hoc tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
