An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Junior Power BI Developer to join our Data team. 

As a Junior Power BI Developer, you'll innovate and create dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards that drive key business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to uncover their data needs and transform them into powerful insights. Your role will ensure the precision and reliability of the data, making sure our insights are always top-notch.

Principle Accountabilities

• Report and Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI based on business requirements.
• Data Integration: Work with data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other BI tools, to extract and transform data for Power BI.
• User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, to understand and address their data needs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular data validation and testing.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience with Power BI (incl. DAX, Power Query),
• Solid understanding of data modelling, and data transformation,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good communication skills,
• Team player,
• Knowledge of Databricks and MS Azure is a plus.
