- Ensures and drives a 360º view of initiatives, consumer focused, commercially viable and technically feasible.
- Owns and maintains the stakeholder engagement plan and critical path, co-developing with key workstream leads and coordinating project kick-offs, team assignments, and strategic alignment.
- Leads core project meetings from initiation to launch, tracking risks, interdependencies, and actions, and ensures project visibility through to launch, with responsibility for post launch learnings reviews.
- Manages governance documentation and stage-gate submissions, ensuring alignment through stakeholder engagement and pre-forum coordination.
- Oversees risk management in Beacon, supports Expert Leads with high-risk submissions, and ensures effective communication and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for GCO monthly portfolio reporting, guiding teams on I2L governance processes, supporting key forums, and maintaining the IMP Brand Drumbeat and change log.

- Proven expertise in project and programme management, with strong skills in strategic planning, budget control, and stakeholder engagement.
- Technically adept, with a solid understanding of digital tools and methodologies to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent administrative, reporting, and governance capabilities.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present clearly, facilitate effectively, and build relationships across all levels, including international and senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent English language skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- A recognised professional qualification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
