The Role
Reporting to the Market Manager, the Head of Trade Marketing is a critical role within the Market. The role holder is responsible for leading the strategic planning and outstanding execution in all Trade Marketing activities for all categories, overall Cycle plan for Skruf AB, Border execution as well as Field Force planning.
As a member of the Market Manager’s leadership team, the Head of Trade Marketing will contribute to the overall strategic direction and engagement of the market organisation. This includes providing leadership and strategic direction, plus direct team development for the Trade Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
Cycle Planning & Commercial Strategy
- Lead and safeguard the company’s Cycle Plan, aligning brand priorities with customer and shopper strategies.
- Partner closely with Brand, KAM, and Field Force teams to ensure seamless translation of strategy into execution.
- Drive commercial planning that maximizes return on investment and strengthens competitive advantage.
Field Force Effectiveness
- Lead Sales Analyst and CRM administrator to enable data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
- Optimize coverage and resource allocation, ensuring strong presence across MOND & TOND.
- Define and monitor Field KPIs, incentives, and reporting to drive sales excellence and accountability.
Trade & Shopper Engagement
- Develop and deploy shopper-focused campaigns and impactful POS materials that enhance visibility and conversion.
- Deliver tailored initiatives for Border customers and priority accounts, leveraging consumer and shopper insights.
Trade Advocacy & Partnerships
- Build and execute a long-term trade advocacy strategy to strengthen customer relationships and trust.
- Partner with Key Accounts, Field Force, and external agencies to elevate trade collaboration and execution.
Retail Environment & Visibility
- Define and implement the in-store furniture strategy to maximize brand presence in high-potential outlets.
- Manage inventory and deployment to ensure cost-effective and brand-aligned execution.
