This is a high-impact role at the centre of our HR transformation—perfect for someone who’s passionate about making HR content work smarter, simpler, and more effectively for employees and managers alike.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Shape global HR content standards; Develop and embed best practices for creating, reviewing, and publishing HR knowledge content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Lead content lifecycle excellence; Own the end-to-end process for HR content, from creation and validation to translation and publishing, ensuring it’s always accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Champion localisation; Oversee translation processes and partner with local language leads to ensure content resonates across markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement; Monitor content usage and quality, lead annual governance cycles, and identify opportunities to enhance the employee and manager experience through smarter content.
  • Be the go-to expert for HR knowledge; Act as a trusted advisor to global and local HR teams, providing guidance, training, and support on content standards, tools, and change impact.
  • Foster a connected global community; Build and lead a network of around 50 Content and Language Leads, creating a collaborative space for sharing, learning, and delivering together.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A strong track record in global HR content or knowledge management, with hands-on experience managing content across platforms like ServiceNow and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with HR technologies—particularly Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint—and understand how to optimise content for digital self-service and employee experience.
  • Experience managing translation processes and tools to ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and accessible across markets.
  • Highly organised and delivery-focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Have the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams, influence stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex content challenges.
  • Be data-driven and improvement-oriented, have a track record of using insights, metrics, and governance frameworks to continuously enhance content quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
