The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to grow their career within a global, inclusive, and innovative FMCG company. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving demand planning excellence and supporting our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

You’ll work cross-functionally to develop accurate demand forecasts and monitor performance. Your work will directly contribute to aligning business strategies with operational execution, helping us meet customer needs and business goals more effectively.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather input and align on demand assumptions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for variances; implement corrective actions.
  • Lead or support S&OP process with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Blue Yonder, Excel, Power BI) to generate and manage forecasts.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for management review.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Strong proficiency with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Anaplan)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning models
  • Knowledge of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
