The Role

Location: Kraków GSC
Job Grade: GG9

Join Imperial Brands as a Financial Analyst and become a key player in our international team. In this role you will be responsible for executing and maintaining financial activities across Imperial, ensuring standards compliance and supporting the integrity of financial systems and processes within the Supply Chain area.

Principle Accountabilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Europe to collect, analyze, and interpret critical business data.
• Deliver timely and insightful reports that inform strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.
• Lead proactive financial analysis to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks within the GSC Finance Organization.
• Coordinate and consolidate forecasts for designated business areas, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes.
• Support the Head of Finance in promoting standardization and enhancing transparency across financial operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience in roles such as Finance Analyst, FP&A Specialist or similar with a strong focus on financial planning, analysis and reporting
• Excellent analytical skills and experience to deal with a large amount of complex data and provision of insightful analysis that can be understood by different stakeholders
• Very good communication skills with and confident to apply these in the different levels of the organization
• Fluent in English (both verbal and in written)
• Previous experience in a finance-related role within the Supply Chain or Logistics sector will be considered an asset
