Are you energetic, sales-driven, and excited by the buzz of Belgium’s nightlife?

Imperial Brands is looking for a motivated and results-focused Field Sales Representative – Nightlife to join our Retail Development team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility and market share across key nightlife venues and Cash & Carry outlets. As part of a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you’ll engage directly with venue managers and stakeholders to promote our portfolio, grow customer relationships, and convert your accounts into true brand ambassadors.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and nightlife venue partners.
  • Promote and activate our key brands (Fortuna, JPS, Gauloises) using creative marketing tools.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility and stock availability across your assigned portfolio.
  • Execute cycle activities and contribute to joint business plans that deliver results.
  • Analyse market data and track sales performance using CRM and tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support retailers with training and product knowledge.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with a “never enough” mindset.
  • A natural team player with a flair for customer relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to turn insights into action.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus), and strong presentation and communication skills.
