The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to the continuous success of our well-established e-shop for our Next Generation Products (NGP) in Greek Market. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and an exceptional consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent system knowledge (SAP, Power BI, CMS platforms), a strong consumer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to secure smooth e-shop operations and sustainable business growth.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensure seamless daily operations of the e-shop, coordinating the entire order-to-delivery process in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing, Customer Services, Consumer Care, Supply Chain, Finance and IT Digital to maintain operational excellence and deliver an outstanding consumer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, stock levels, fulfillment, and consumer satisfaction. Generate and distribute frequent reports on e-commerce sales, order developments & sku analysis. Use these insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
  • Utilize & use on a daily basis, systems and tools (SAP, Power BI, CMS platforms) to monitor performance & drive operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and support informed decision-making. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, consumer behavior, and market trends to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Co create with Team & support the execution of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring flawless implementation and alignment with the commercial strategy & priorities. Proactively drive initiatives to improve website functionalities & digital features to enhance consumer journey, loyalty platforms and increase of conversion rates.
  • Safeguard compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements (GDPR).

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or in a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in E-Commerce Operations, Digital Retail in FMCG environments. Deep understanding of D2C models, digital marketing principles, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of systems including SAP, Power BI, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools. High proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commerce tools or equivalent) will be considered as asset
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
