We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Consumer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be able to create and execute cutting-edge digital strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage with target audiences while building lasting customer loyalty for our New Generation Products (NGP) in the Italian market.

As a key digital marketing team member, you'll work closely with the Global team and local agencies to oversee social media and eCRM campaigns. Your work will ensure all strategies align with brand goals and industry best practices.

Work set-up: Hybrid

Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract 12 months 


Principal Accountabilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Lead the development and execution of editorial plans for social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand goals and market regulations.

  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs using analytical tools (Excel, GA4), analyze performance, and optimize strategies to meet key business objectives.

  • Affiliation & Marketplace Management: Manage digital marketing initiatives for affiliation and marketplace channels, ensuring optimization for growth and performance goals.

  • eCRM & Newsletter Campaigns: Develop and execute eCRM campaigns and newsletters to engage and retain loyal customers while gaining valuable insights into customer behavior.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Global digital team to localize content, ensuring alignment with internal Brand and Portfolio teams for cohesive online and offline strategies.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or working with communication/advertising agencies within the Italian market. 

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and eCRM best practices. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and BI tools.

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external agencies.

  • Ability to interpret data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve goals.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
